Personal Training

45-minute workout

This session is private. You get a program completely tailored for you and Ashley’s undivided attention, coaching, and encouragement.

Your workouts will evolve with you as you progress and crush your goals.

 

Group Training

$45/session/person

45-minute workout

The same effective programming in a semi-private partner setting (train with your significant other, friend, family, colleague, etc.) for added fun and competition. Current max group size of 3 people.

 

* Sessions are prepaid and scheduled monthly to reserve your preferred time slot each month.
