“Exercise and nutrition were always things I’d been passionate about. However, I went through a period where I started to restrict food and do excessive cardio thinking that was the best way to get “lean”.
My lack of self-confidence negatively affected me in every other area of my life, which is one of the reasons I believe your mental health is JUST as important as physical, if not more, and that improving your health improves all areas of your life.
Since then I’ve ditched the yo-yo dieting, stepped off the treadmill, picked up the weights, and spent years learning everything I could about macro nutrition, flexible eating, and disease prevention.
I’ve pieced together years of training and education to create straightforward, science based programs to teach you how to sustainably achieve your goals.
