8 years ago I was trapped in a cycle that was toxic and unsustainable - spending hours on the treadmill and eating as little as possible.
I would restrict myself from foods I love until I could no longer hold out and then emotionally eat and berate myself until it was time to start again.
Since then I’ve ditched the yo-yo dieting, stepped off the treadmill, picked up the weights, and spent years learning everything I could about macro nutrition, flexible eating, and disease prevention.
I’ve pieced together years of training and education to provide a straightforward, research based solution to your struggle.
